Here are some sites that I frequently use to research my hikes.
HighSierraTopix – This is a great resource for getting up to date information on trail conditions in the Sierra Nevada. The forum is full of helpful people that can answer nearly any question Sierra Nevada related.
ModernHiker – This hiking blog has covered nearly every major hike in the Los Angeles area. If you live in LA like me, and are looking for a new hike, check out his site (after you’ve exhausted all the options on Calitrails of course.)
